Some cookie blockers affect the user’s ability to see interactive media in Canvas. Additional browser plugins and extensions may also conflict with Canvas and affect functionality.
If you are using a mobile device, switch to a desktop browser
The Canvas interface was optimized for desktop displays. Some features are unsupported on mobile.
