This course uses a VDI hosted by Champlain College.
You can access Champlain’s virtual desktop infrastructure by going to Champlain’s View Portal where you will be required to log in with your Champlain username and password.
Once you log in, you will be presented with the Virtual Machine(s) you have access to. At this point, click the desktop you would like to start and the session will begin. You will be logged in and will end up looking at a Virtual Machine Desktop inside your browser.
Please note: The Virtual Machines in this system are non-persistent. This means that if you save things to your desktop, they will be wiped out when you sign off. All data that needs to persist should be saved to your H:\ drive, your Google Drive or another network drive in order to be accessible after the VM is refreshed.
