Please use this form to address maintenance issues that include:

  • Typos
  • Broken links
  • Assignment clarifications
  • Rubric adjustments
  • Resource/Reading updates
  • Small changes to lesson content
  • Change of wording in overview, lesson, discussion or assignment
  • Quiz questions/answers updates

If you believe that the course needs a more in-depth tune-up or a complete rebuild, do NOT use this form. Please work directly with your PD/Chair to identify next steps. 

During launch week, we strongly discourage change requests unless absolutely critical for course delivery.
